Anna Herrmann, Rn, BSN, MBA has been a leader in nursing for almost 10 years. She is an inquisitive leader who engages her employees and peer’s to solve irretractable problems in the work place. She specializes in coaching other leaders to develop outstanding teams. Her presentations are engaging, enlightening and unforgettable. Anna was a co-author of an article featured in Northwest Dentistry that was awarded the International College of Dentists Leadership Award for Journalism in 2016. 

Anna Herrmann is currently the nursing director for Critical Care, Cardiopulmonary Progressive Care, Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Rehab and Pulmonary Diagnostics at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN.
